Usually whenever I remember my dreams they are simultaneously vague and vivid, always somewhat disturbing but with the unmistakable tinge of real life.

This entire book reads like a weird fever dream.
The Metamorphosis is a very weird little book which is just one long extended metaphor. And I’m going to go ahead and interpret the hell out of it now because we all know I am very very knowledgeable about Literature.
That was a very intriguing book.
Call me a book snob, but I’m still a Vonnegut stan.
If you’re no fun, you might call this book gimmicky. I call it brilliant.
I’m about two years late to the hype train, yeah, but at least I finished the book.
It’s Winter Break for me right now, which means I finally have time to read! (and to post on a Wednesday!)
