For a long time I considered the idea of creating a YouTube channel, but it was, and still is, WAY out of my comfort zone. Hence, publishing my first video was very nerve-wracking, but I finally decided to just do it. I mostly just wanted to do something that was out of my comfort zone and work on things like public speaking (if speaking to a camera even really counts as public speaking)
I had actually filmed a video twice before now: once in August 2021, and once this past January, but both times I was too insecure to actually post it. Finally, though, I have published my first video review.
I reviewed The Stranger (yes, again):
Please like and subscribe to my channel! (I will also still continue to publish posts on this blog)

Ahhhhhh!!!! No way!!!! Congrats, I’m super happy for you!

Congrats on posting your first video!
I used to do competitive public speaking and I’ve judged a fair number of tournaments since. Recording yourself isn’t a perfect substitute for public speaking in well… public, since you’re not practising things like projection or answering questions. But it’s great for learning since you can look back on recordings and see how to improve in the future!

Love Albert Camus and loved your review as well. You should also review Camus’s Myth of Sisyphus. One of the greatest deliberations on life and suicide that I have ever read. Anyways, wish you a great youtube career ahead. 💫💫
